Finally, this is not meant to be a lengthy health textbook. The Bullet Edition is straight to the point (no pun intended) as evidenced by the bulleted list format.

Its purpose is to give you some quick and actionable wins that may help you in a specific area where you're struggling or seeking solid recommendations.

I am planning to create a more detailed and comprehensive expanded edition that includes context on why I chose these particular items as well as accompanying health habits, routines, and principles that are equally, if not more important than the products themselves.

My Green Protein Smoothie Recipe

In this order, add the following to a BlendJet blender:

  • Some old-fashioned oats

Add some water

(None of these amounts need to be precise, but be sure to leave some room at the top of the BlendJet)

Zap a couple of times

Stir in 1 tsp Carlson's fish oil (Mixed Berry flavor)
